Industrial monitoring and control

Virtual PLC logic in Structured Text, wired to a Node-RED dashboard over Modbus and MQTT, from sensor to screen.
A full data path from acquisition through control to display. Emulated DHT11 temperature and humidity sensors publish over MQTT, an OpenPLC runtime exchanges registers over Modbus TCP, and a Node-RED dashboard shows gauges, trends and controls.
What I did
- Programmed virtual PLC logic in Structured Text with OpenPLC and e!COCKPIT, configuring digital and analogue I/O addressing and implementing temperature-based control.
- Integrated the PLC with Node-RED over Modbus and built a dashboard of gauges, charts, buttons and sliders.
- Used sensor emulation and MQTT topics to demonstrate the whole path from acquisition to display.
